  • Logistics and repairs from one source: LGI will take care of maintenance, repairs, logistics, and distribution for medical analyzers and replacement parts
  • Use of highly qualified service technicians: Over 25 experts will see to the inspection and repairs of over 100 different medical devices
  • Continuous optimization of processes through LEAN management methods

 

The services: From failure analysis through to recycling

  • Failure analysis: Detailed evaluation of the causes of errors through in-depth knowledge of the products
  • Maintenance: Devices are serviced within the periods specified by the manufacturer – safety checks, metrological checks, calibrations, and validations of the devices included
  • Repairs, also on-site: For equipment required for operation, LGI offers repairs on-site – integration of the Repair Center in the Logistics Center enables fast repair service
  • Highly-qualified technicians: LGI provides regular training for its employees on new products and software updates
  • Provision of replacement equipment: As long as your high-end devices are under repair, LGI will provide replacement devices.
  • Recycling: LGI will organize the further recycling of old equipment or ensure qualified, certified disposal via a secure supply chain
