Our own Logistics Learning Center specializes in qualification, further training, and apprenticeships. At the Logistik Lernzentrum you’ll experience true employee promotion and personnel development. At seminars, training courses, and workshops, expert trainers share practical experience with immediate relevance for trainees’ working life.
For example, we offer a training program for our shift supervisors to provide close support with their tasks and responsibilities in their daily routine, and to provide them with the best possible assistance. The training program consists of a two-day training course on subjects like self-management, employee management, and stress management.
We also encourage rapid assumption of responsibility in everyday working life and inter-departmental mobility – as part of a continuous development philosophy.
The first phase of LGI’s professional support program for graduates consists of basic training covering a wide spectrum of topics relating specifically to LGI’s operations – with learning supported by role plays and practical case studies, for example. After one year, the best in their class will start the advanced LGI trainee development program, where they will be able to develop the necessary skills for their future career path.
The first step into one’s first leadership role is always a challenging one, and it is important for us to provide our junior executives with continuous support. We’ll help you “find” your new role with a structured induction and personality analysis. We ensure that LGI basics and tools are learned and identified with the LGI management code.
